Welcome to Bancot, a Discord bot developed by maiaahmad.com. By using Bancot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the bot.

Use of the Bot

  • Impersonate others or use misleading account information

  • Reverse-engineer or abuse the bot’s API or functionality

We do not control these services. Your data may be transmitted securely to them for features like code redemption or character stats display. Please review their respective terms and policies.

Data Security & Risk Disclosure

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data. However, Bancot cannot guarantee complete security. You use the bot at your own risk. Do not share your tokens publicly, and avoid using the bot on shared devices.

Bot Availability

Bancot is provided free of charge, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Bancot is provided “as-is,” with no warranties. We are not liable for any loss or damage, including:

  • Account bans or suspensions by HoYoverse

  • Data loss

  • Downtime or service disruptions

  • Unauthorized access due to weak user-side security

Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes indicates your acceptance. Major changes may be announced via Discord or maiaahmad.com.

Bancot may collect and store:

  • Your Discord user ID

  • Game UIDs (e.g., Genshin Impact UID)

  • Game session tokens (“cookies”) for authentication

  • Redemption and check-in history

  • Optional command logs (e.g., timestamps for /redeem, /checkin)

We do not collect unnecessary personal information such as passwords, emails, IP addresses, or financial data.

How We Use Your Data

We only use your data to:

  • Redeem promotional codes on your behalf

  • Automate daily check-ins to HoYoLAB

  • Display game-related statistics and character profiles

  • Improve the bot’s functionality

Your data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and only used internally or with trusted APIs (e.g., HoYoLAB).

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary. If you stop using the bot or request deletion, your data may be removed after a period of inactivity.

Data Storage Location

All data is stored on secure servers located in Malaysia and with trusted hosting providers. Access is restricted to the bot developer.

Command Logging

We may log usage of key commands (e.g., /redeem) for:

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by using the /delete command in Discord. This action is irreversible.

No system is completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own tokens. Do not paste cookies in public chats or untrusted tools.

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot after changes signifies acceptance.
